“The Island(s) of New Realities” part II – Art, Music & The Metaverse

Following up on our WISE 2020 project “The Island(s) of New Realities” we once again invite protagonists from and to the metaverse. Artists, musicians, DJs, Virtual Humans, artists, gallerists, businesses, and technologists will join us in another dimension on April 24th.

We start our journey into the metaverse with a guided tour of five spaces on Mozilla Hubs, where you will be able to meet above mentioned professionals in their beautiful Avatar selfs, among music performances and artworks. This is a perfect opportunity to meet interesting folks from all around the world while indulging in the beauty of life & conversations. Think of it as a virtual get-together.

And, folks, this is not your usual We-have-a-drink-on-a-Zoom-Call event. Get ready for a fun day/night out with your friends, crank up the stereo, and dance in your flat.

For the best possible experience, we recommend attaching your computer to the best screen and speakers you have, make sure you have a good internet connection, stack up on your favorite drinks, invite as many people to your place as Covid-Regulations allow (don´t forget to get everybody tested before) and put on your most outlandish outfit.
